How long does my order take to ship?

It takes between 1-4 working days for your order to ship. Then it takes 1-4 working days for the parcel to be delivered, depending on where you live and the good mood of the postal services.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Right now I only offer shipping to Sweden but I will be able to ship to other countries in the near future.

What is your return policy? 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal*. That means that you can change your mind during those 14 days if you don’t want the item anymore. The withdrawal period takes effect on the day after you have received the item. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls during a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the withdrawal period is extended so that it also applies to the next weekday.

If you want to withdraw your purchase email me at: connect@hallitsija.com. You then have to return the item back to me within 14 days of that notification. You are responsible for paying the return shipping and that the item returns undamaged back to me. I advice to you use the same packaging as I used when I sent it to you.

*If you have purchased a custom made product however, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

What if my item is broken/faulty?

If your item is broken upon arrival you email me at: connect@hallitsija.com with a picture of your item and a description of what is wrong with it. I will inform you of the return adress and I will pay for the return shipping of the faulty item.

I would like to make a custom order. how do I do that?
